July 15, 2010, Prof. ZHOU Jian, represented WHITRAP Shanghai and Mr. NISHIMURA Yasushi, represented ACCU Nara signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in Shanghai. The MOU lasts three year, based on which both sides will enhance the contribution to the development of cultural heritage in the Asia-Pacific region, assist to UNESCO initiate academic activities and reach consensus on people communications, information sharing etc.
