Mr. Marinos is a Senior Architect and Planner in France. He used to be Dean of the Echole de Chaillot (the former of “National Training School for Architect of National Heritage Planning and Restoration”) and Director of Department of Architecture and Heritage responsible for two French District, Finistère and Loire-Atlantique. Since 2004, Mr. Marinos has been nominated as Inspector General of Architecture and Heritage, for the Ministry of Culture and Communication, as well as member of the French National Commission of Historical Monuments and the French National Council of Historic Cities.

Mr. Marinos is an expert of the International Cooperative Team between UNESCO and the French Ministry of Culture and Publicity.
