Invitation

Following the successful conference in 2008, we will hold the second session of the conference in Shanghai.  We hereby invite experts and scholars in related fields to attend this conference and submit papers. During the International conference, there will be special training courses on historic building restoration.

 

Purpose
The conference aims to promote research and application of the outcomes in the fields of historic building conservation, renovation and revitalisation at home and abroad by doing summary and reviews of experiences, to accelerate the application of novelty know how and innovative techniques to the management, renovation, utilization and maintenance of historic buildings as well as to strengthen in-depth dialogues and exchanges between professionals and practitioners.

 

Target groups
Members of International Association for Science and Technology, research institutes, universities, government, engineers, architects, historical building preservation institutions, construction units, engineering companies, enterprises and associations.

 

Presentation at the conference
It is possible, that an author give a 20min speech at the conference without sending a paper in written form. A short abstract and a ppt are required. (Deadlines: abstract before 1st of July; ppt before 1st September 2013).
